Senior Designer
OVERVIEW

As Senior Designer, you will oversee and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a range of projects. You’ll have a big role in the creative process which will involve providing interactive design solutions to creating outstanding deliverables alongside our creative team.RESONSABILITIES
- Conceptualize and deliver original design solutions for pitches and integrated campaigns for different brands in our portfolio
- Drive the creative process and own projects from start to finish
- Work closely with the Art Director across several projects
- Work closely with different creatives to bring ideas to life. Collaborate with client services, media and tech teams to elevate the work
- Cultivate an environment of learning and sharing within the team
SKILLS
- Significant industry experience, minimum 5 years
- Ability to conceptualize and bring original design solutions to every project
- Solid understanding of design functionality and interface knowledge
- Meticulous attention to detail
- In-depth digital design capabilities, proficient in Adobe softwares
- Strong knowledge of best practices for the web and digital as a whole
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and openness to feedback
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, and the ability to work with any budget
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong English verbal and written skills. Working knowledge of French is a good asset
