Account Supervisor
OVERVIEW
The Account Supervisor plays an integral role within the account team through dedicated thought/brand leadership working towards executional excellence and management of the day-to-day workflow. This individual will be driven, organized and passionate about delivering great ideas efficiently and flawlessly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Functions as the key day-to-day client contact and responsible for accurate and timely communications to clients
- Builds a solid and lasting relationship with clients
- Looks for opportunities to deliver beyond client expectations and deepen the client / agency relationship
- Maintains appropriate contact with the necessary individuals on the client team, through the lifecycle of the project
- Contributes to the achievement of the client’s marketing and sales objectives through a collaborative and profitable relationship
- Create proposals and SOWs in Netsuite
Project Scoping
- Responsible for the creation of project briefs
- Support the Digital Producer and work with other depts leads in the estimation process
Financial Analysis
- Work with Finances and the Account Director to track, analyze and optimize project and account financial performance
Team Management
- Act as leader to more junior roles, coaching and training them in various tasks
- Participates in performance discussion meetings with assigned resources
Personal Development and Operational
- Keep on top of trends in digital and closely monitor clients’ competitors marketing efforts through reading appropriate industry publications, websites, e-mails as well as through attendance at conferences
- Work with the digital producers, the department leads and other team members on process improvements, and other initiatives designed to improve the effectiveness and quality of marketing programs within the agency.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- University degree in the field of Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of direct work experience in an account or project management capacity, including all aspects of process development, execution and managing a team, in web marketing environments.
- Demonstrate an interest and passion for marketing.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, with experience managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills.
